Bexotic is a woman owned adult boutique looking for an entry level marketing and design specialist to help further our web and social media goals. We are looking for someone creative, punctual, motivated, hard-working, intelligent, and self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision. Talent and willingness to learn quickly are more important to us than years of experience or formal education level.
Responsible for taking daily pictures of inventory and documenting activity at the store.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Contribute to and maintain the monthly Social Media Content and Events Calendars.
- Monitor and reply to posts/comments/reviews, engaging with potential and current clients.
- Post updates to social accounts- Facebook, instagram, snapchat, tiktok, youtube, yelp, google
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Create in store events and promos
- Assist in creation of promotional material and giveaways
- Cultivate customer relations through events and social media marketing
- Keep up to date on trends
- Repurpose content from vendors for our own social media channels (and understand how to change the tone of the content for each channel)
- Skills

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Basic knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO(a plus but not required)
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
