Job Description

Cemento Collection, located in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our fun and enthusiastic growing business. The Social Media Specialist helps to increase exposure through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.

Social Media Specialist Task, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:

· Taking creative pictures and videos, create, write, and coordinate strategic content for Lucca social media and other digital platforms; generate compelling content that engages target audiences and stimulated interest in Lucca product.

· Work on social media, posts and regular real time engagement on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, houzz, blog etc)

· Serve as the day-to-day Lucca “voice” and community manager in social media, maintaining a strong and consistent Lucca image through both proactive and responsive communications; integrate brand strategy.

· Filter and disseminate comments or questions rom social media sited to appropriate contacts. Play a key strategic communications role by monitoring social media discussions, disseminating information, and responding to comments and questions.

· Measure and evaluate social media effectiveness through analytics which will serve as a basis for plan formulation.

· Coordinate and expand the integration of video and photography in social media and on the website.

· Scheduling and coordinating posts on all social media accounts using 3rd party scheduling tools.

· Constantly learns about social trends, able to identify untapped opportunities for brands within social and digital platforms, and eager to educate company about them.

· Able to connect social smarts to other aspects of digital strategy, eg. Website development, e-commerce, mobile, etc.

· Performs other duties as assigned and as appropriate to the position.

Manager Qualification/Skills

· Able to own, develop and present strategic social plans and frameworks with minimal oversight.

· Confident presenter who can effectively convey POVs and strategies to internal teams.

· Ability to operate a camera to take creative photos.

· Strong understanding and passion for social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, FB, etc) and with other cloud-based tools such as Google Suite and Asana.

· Studied marketing or digital/social media marketing.

· Thoughtful, detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft suit.

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Premiere and basic comfort working in web-based programs.

· Preferably experience with email marketing or social media scheduling software.

· Preferable a good understanding of home design, cement tiles, or other related product is preferred.

· Min 2 years of social media experience.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
