Social Media Marketing Specialist

At Smile Partners Group we are a fast growing, well-established Dental Group seeking a FUN, dynamic, self-motivated, and ambitious CHEERLEADER with a professional background in social media content production and marketing. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will create and coordinate our social media content and utilize their copyright skills. Utilizing content strategy to focus on telling the story of the work that we provide our patients. You will be focused on video shooting, editing, and post production of short and long form content and play a key role in the development and evolution of our brands.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A FUN AND HIGH ENERGY PERSONALITY
• MUST COMPLETE THE 2 ASSESSMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED
• Portfolio available upon request
• 2 years videography content creation, experience using professional grade camera (full frame or better) & equipment

• 2 years video editing experience using programs such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cyberlink PowerDirector 365, Corel VideoStudio Ultimate, Davinci Resolve

• 2 years experience with professional grade video lighting setups
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Video, Production, Visual Arts or Communications

Responsibilities:

• Post and manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms
• Recording Live events & small scale video productions for multi company business
• Create creative copy to drive customer engagement
• Creating video content for social media, advertisements, company websites, tv commercial spots, etc
• Create video content to create brand awareness, drive sales and marketing initiatives.

• Work with in-house marketing team to schedule, produce, shoot and edit video content. Edit footage and create motion graphics that feel on brand and follow brand guidelines.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
• Work with a team to continually analyze and refine performance.
• Collaborate and work across functions and disciplines in search of product, process and business solutions.
• Being a self-starter who is comfortable reaching out to other departments to better understand their video needs and goals.
• Able to juggle the needs of multiple teams and maintain a production calendar.
• Has the ability to foresee problems and the drive to solve them.
• Maintain company equipment and find creative solutions for shooting in and out of our office.
• Develop the overall voice, point-of-view and tone of the company's video content.
• Establishes and maintains high internal quality by originating creative ideas, managing project timelines, adhering to Creative Briefs, ensuring consistency of strategic branding across all print, digital and social media mediums.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement to produce the highest quality content.
• Develops and maintains video and motion graphics style guide and templates.
