Social Media Manager

We are looking for a social media manager to help us better serve our customers through web-based activity and interaction. The successful candidate will be a creative and innovative self-starter who has experience managing multiple social media accounts and will be expected to generate new and creative approaches to engaging with customers. This position is perfect for candidates who think outside of the box and who can exceed expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate social media campaigns.
• Be able to create strategic messaging for various social media networks.
• Make recommendations on content and platforms to use.
• Work effectively with a variety of personalities.
• Create content in various formats such as memes, videos, infographics, etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries over social media.
• Manage budgets allocated for social media.
• Manage the team working on social media accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
