We are looking to expand our team and add a new position for a talented Social Media Coordinator to manage our online presence. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company’s only image and assist in brand development. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

• Manage the Instagram account @perfectbmedspa. Create and post content daily.
• Oversee Perfect B’s Facebook, Google and Yelp accounts.
• Work on email campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. You will be proactive in recording content during treatments.
• Communicate with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

• Sell treatments, programs, packages and product with great success
• Answer all questions from patients via Instagram, Facebook, Google and Email. Follow-up with patients and leads.
• Contact patients to offer them specials, treatments, packages or to simply check in
• Assist in the general organization of the office space
• Be informed of the aesthetics market and contribute to developing strategies for business growth

• Develop strategies for outreach
• Join relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft sell” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers

Requirements:

• Significant work experience as Social Media Manager
• Proficient photography/recording skills
• Strong digital editing skills
• Ability to deliver creative content
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Significant sales aptitude
• Grammatical competence and good writing skills
• Possess a positive, energetic, friendly and respectful attitude
• Be rule abiding and professional in the workspace
• Customer service oriented
• Be disciplined and responsible
• Great team player
• Be self-motivated, ambitious and strive to meet monthly goals and deadlines

Perfect B will provide all the resources needed for successful performance of your job, including but not limited to: cameras, lights, editing softwares, printing mechanisms, etc. Uniforms will also be provided by the company including Perfect B blouse and Lululemon leggings.

You will have a strong bonus system with possibility of exceeding salary payout. Part-time and full-time options available.

Compensation:

• Starting at $15/hour

• Strong Bonus System. Full-time front office assistant current average monthly bonus: $937.38
• Extra ways of compensation including access to free or heavily discounted treatments and products, employee of the month cash rewards and health insurance benefits.

Schedule:

• Regularly 4 to 5 weekdays 9AM to 5PM or 11AM to 7PM.
• Some Saturdays may be required.
