LOCATION: Remote position until further notice. The Din Tai Fung USA Corporate Office is located in Arcadia, CA.

PAY RATE: Starting at $25.00 per hour (Full-Time)

JOB PURPOSE:

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing original content, suggesting creative ways to promote the brand, and maintaining a strong online presence through social media accounts that align with the company’s marketing plans and strategies. The Social Media Coordinator assists in the development of marketing plans and strategies for the company as well as collecting and interpreting marketing analytics. The Social Media Coordinator is expected to help identify marketing trends and provide administrative support to the marketing team.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to produce and work the following software: Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point
  • Able to maintain the company’s social media platforms and marketing database: Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Able to produce and work the following design software and technologies: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Proficiency using website analytics tools: Google Analytics, etc.
  • Has a keen eye for aesthetics, details, and social media trends
  • Able to create content and provide a portfolio of work: photography, other social channel-specific media
  • Strong understanding of the “Din Tai Fung” company
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate with employees, managers, upper management, guests, and hospitality professionals
  • Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
