Job Description

We are looking to hire a Social Media Agent to take care of its social Space. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work within our Marketing team to create and drive exciting content across all social media channels. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be given the freedom to express and implement innovative ideas to make a real difference to the brand from day one.

Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

  • Develop creative online engagement tactics in cooperation with regional chapters in support of their marketing strategy and goals.

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends.

  • Create engaging text, image, and video content.

  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective supporters through campaigns and incentives.

  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.

  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.

  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with organizational goals.

  • Ability to report on best performing posts and social metrics.


Qualifications
  • Previous experience in social media marketing or agencies is a plus.
  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
  • Experience in social networks with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat and YouTube, as well as messaging applications in a preferred professional capacity, especially for paid social networks
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in an accelerated technological environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to manage dynamic situations and manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with customers of preferred consumer products is a plus.
