Job Description
Summary:
We’re looking for a master social content creator who can develop fun, thumb-stopping, and engaging content across all platforms. This person is well-versed on social media platforms, understands trend/meme culture, and is passionate about creating socially-focused content. From food to lifestyle to contextually relevant content, this creator will be instrumental in maintaining the voice, personality, relevance and look across a wide range of brands such as Takis Snacks and Sara Lee Bread, among others. Concept ideation, photography, videography and editing skills, as well as being familiar with editing tools within platforms like Instagram and TikTok are essential. Experience or interest in food preparation and styling to capture appetite-appealing recipes and product shots in both video and photography is a plus. You’ll be a part of a team that is collaborative, nimble, and strategic whose collective experiences are all focused on ensuring the brands we manage play a meaningful role in the lives of our consumers. And in our collaborative work environment, confidence and enthusiasm to take the work to the next level as well as the flexibility to take feedback to achieve the clients’ goals will be important.

Core Accountabilities:
  • - Social media and internet obsessed. You’re a pro with all social content creation, including photography, videography, motion graphics and editing - taking a concept through execution
    • Can adapt design to various digital media (i.e., digital banners, social media, video production including pre-roll and social advertising)
    • Has a high attention to detail and approaches work in an organized manner
    • Resourceful researcher, keeps abreast of social trends and culture to keep work fresh
    • Develops thorough understanding of clients’ businesses as well as their competitors
    • Successfully navigates and challenges a strategy
    • Solicits “the right information” up front, translating to a better product the first time
    • Actively participates/contributes to brainstorms
    • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Time and workload management to meet all required deadlines
    • Successfully executes content within established budgets and time frames, on strategy and in accordance with client expectations and TPN quality standards
    • Partners effectively with other creatives and across agency multidisciplinary teams
    • Provides final electronic files in accordance with established guidelines and procedures to ensure highest quality and most efficient processing of final asset

    • Strong level of skill for social content creation across key social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
    • Strategic agility
      • Intuitive thinker with the ability to translate client needs into visually compelling and impactful images based on strategy and marketing objectives
      • Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve the client’s goals
    • Technical skills
      • Expert knowledge in videography, photography, lighting and composition
      • Skilled in the latest versions of the Macintosh OS, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
      • Strong understanding of social editing tools, especially TikTok
    • Experience in Social Media design (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat)
    • Ability to organize and format information
    • Sound business and professional ethics
    • 3D animation a plus
