Snow Removal And Yard Clean Up Staff Needed: $16.00 To $20.00 Per Hour

Forest Highlands Golf Club is looking for individuals interested in removing snow and cleaning up our members yards. The position is available immediately and pays $16.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on the job being completed.

Essential Functions:

• Customer Service – Assist members with recreation program and service information. Provide prompt, polite and professional service to the membership (customer). Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform at all times. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment.
• Concierge Tasks– Performs outdoor duties as required in order to enhance resident services. Examples of duties include but are not limited to:

o House/yard work

o Pine needle pick up

o Snow Removal

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years of High School or High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Clean background check
• Ability to work in very cold and wet environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks during busy times while working flexible hours with an enthusiastic personality.
• Must be reliable.
