Job Description
Overview:
A Site Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
Primary Duties:
- Engage customers and sell products & services.
- Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
- Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
- Oversee training of Customer Service Associates, LCSAs, and ASMs.
- Coach and role play to effectively teach winning sales techniques.
- Assist District Managers with hiring and onboarding of CSAs, LCSAs, and ASMs.
- Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance.
- Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
- Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies.
- Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.

- Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of retail or sales leadership experience
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Available for traveling and overnight stays between markets as needed
Physical Demands:
- Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
- Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
