Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all required internal resources, sales, leasing and operations.
  • Attend external and internal meetings for area work progress.
  • Manage the leasing process, to include lease application and other required documents with all required parties.
  • Ability to interact with Clients, Consultants, Property Owners and Zoning Officials.
  • Manage the Architectural and Engineering on all assigned projects.
  • Obtain and interpret jurisdictional requirements.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company at client, zoning and other required meetings.
  • Ability to proficiently use internal and external databases.
  • Generate sales strategies for gaining new business in assigned area.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing employees.
  • Provide oversight and direction to employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Coach, mentor and develop employees, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
  • Empower employees to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
  • Create a culture that is consistent with the organizations focus on employee engagement and that aligns with the organizations mission, vision and guiding principles.
  • Lead employees using a performance management and development focused to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.
  • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.

Education and/or Experience for External Hires:

  • HS Diploma/ GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in site development / acquisition, zoning, land planning, local government or architecture experience; experience in zoning and working with municipal authorities required. Wireless experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in management of people with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of P&L targets and impact on operational performance.
  • Intermediate knowledge and ability working with MS Office and MS Outlook.

Education and/or Experience for Internal Hires:

  • HS Diploma/ GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to provide clear and professional communication to employees at all levels across the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Real Estate or Brokers License desirable.
