Responsibilities:

Provide Quality Assurance/Configuration Management oversight to product and service offerings for Department of Defense and Commercial contracts. Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize a variety of administrative, analytical, and technical methods and techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of Simulation Training Systems, Design, implement, update, and conduct quality test procedures of Simulation Training System from multiple sources including contract documents, design and development plans, Jira requirements and technical input
- Deploy and test system during every sprint as part of the Agile Process
- Perform integration and test inspections of hardware and software
- Provide independent verification that critical operations have been performed and certify results of inspections.
- Interface with various levels of technical personnel
- Collaborate with Software Development and Engineering Teams to ensure software/hardware/configuration changes meet requirements
- Provide recommendations on process, architecture or system improvements
- Prepare written reports, memorandum and correspondence in accordance with contract deliverables
- Track non-conformance reports through resolution and closure
- Monitor and ensure configuration management practices are upheld
- Assist with materials tracking and accountability for multiple programs and lab spaces
- Ensure ISO9001 compliance and provide audit support as required
- Provide QA/CM support to multiple projects simultaneously
- Conduct validation efforts and maintain validation records on technical publications
- Edit for proper grammatical usage, proper format, spelling, style and order of presentation
- Other related duties, as required
- Salary negotiable with education and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quality Management field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint, Jira and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Windows and Linux development environments a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain minimum Secret Security Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
