Shop Mechanic

Under the direct supervision of the Lead Mechanic and/or the Rental Fleet Supervisor this position will perform a variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to: Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair small/midsize gas and diesel engines driven equipment such as pipeline fusion equipment, deployment trailers, generators, light towers, etc.; perform general maintenance and repairs on a variety of towed trailers: prepare customer work estimates, write, repair work orders, and record inventory used; prioritize work based on customer needs and company targets.

This position requires a valid driver's license and a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a mechanic role.

Preferred, but not required skills for this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to travel when needed; knowledge in one or more of the following - small gasoline engines, diesel engines, electrical engines/control system, trailer wiring, or hydraulic systems, McElroy repair experience.

Pay will depend on experience.
