Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Specialist

• Picks up from or delivers mail to the Post Office
• Posts mail
• Receives mail, packages and supplies
• Delivers mail, packages, supplies to appropriate department or personnel
• Orders paper products and janitorial supplies
• Stocks copy rooms and breakrooms in both Excalibur and Bowie buildings
• Cleans and organizes mail/stock room
• Acts as Admin / POC for several supply vendors

• Minimum of six months related experience preferred
• The employee must regularly lift / move inventory up to 25 pounds
• MUST have a valid Driver's License
