Shipping Supervisor

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for fulfilling customers’ orders through our ERP and shipping software. Duties include:

• Picking and packing orders for fulfillment (direct-to-consumer and business-to-business)
• Scheduling various types of shipments with major 3PLs via their online platforms including ShipStation, FedEx.com, UPS.com and organize with alternate delivery options such as a courier service and South West Cargo
• Coordinating with couriers and 3PL logistics professionals
• Collaborating with inventory professionals to ensure shipping supplies are always on-hand
• Maintaining a clean and organized shipping area
• Assisting with DNA Kit Assembly as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years shipping experience
• Microsoft Excel – beginner/intermediate skill level
• Familiarity shipping with major 3PLs – FedEx, UPS, USPS
• Strong commitment to customer service and meeting deadlines
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERPs
• Attention to detail

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
