MON TUE WED THU FRI SAT SUN All Hours AvailableUp to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-Time Shipping, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center. You will be responsible for organizing all outgoing orders by placing packages into the correct shipping containers. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd., Winona, MN 55987.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Inspecting product for damage and documenting discrepancies
o Sorting product into correct locations
o Stacking product efficiently
o Consolidating, loading and unloading shipments
o Complying with safety regulations

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or over, due to the nature of work
o Proficient written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness to work a flexible schedule
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Comply with the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate through vaccination or approved exemption prior to the start of employment (applicable in the US ONLY)
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior experience operating a forklift
