Shipping Driver $20-$23/Hour

Hourly Rate: $20/hour on weekdays, $23/hour on weekends (Saturday and Sunday hours)

$500 Sign On Bonus offered for FULL-TIME employees*

Schedule: 3 shifts available: Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday & Friday-Monday (4 days a week, 10 hour shifts).

Job Description:
Shipping drivers follow assigned routes to deliver furniture to customer's homes. They delivery the furniture either to the customer's garage or outside of their home in a customer's preferred location. Customer service skills as well as time management skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving throughout the state and metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Delivering furniture to driveway or garage of customer's home
• Load and secure product inside the truck
• Lifting product up to 75-100 lbs. for deliveries
• Ability to use company tablet to complete delivery transactions

Education/Work Experience Required:

• High School or GED
• Delivery experience
• Valid driver s license with: No DWI convictions within the last seven years AND no more than two moving violations and/or accidents in the last seven years
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Work independently
• Minor maintenance skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work extra hours as business needs

Physical Expectations:

• Standing/walking
• Driving truck
• Weight carried or lifted 75-100 lbs.
• Push/Pull/Maneuver Equipment/Products/Material weighing from 1-100 lbs.
• Must be able to work at varying heights
