Shipping Coordinator

Job Overview

We’re excited to find the right Shipping Coordinator to join us! We are looking for an individual who loves to help with expediting and routing the movement of outgoing shipments. To be a successful Shipping Coordinator in our company, this person needs to be highly data-driven and comfortable with resolving any issues regarding shipments, including determining the status of all pending shipments and following up with trucking companies.

This role best suits someone who has 2 years of shipping experience, preferably with Amazon. Experience using Google Drive & MS Office is also preferred. Candidates must be familiar with all shipping processes and procedures, including scheduling, expediting, and tracking of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve any issues regarding shipped orders.
• Help coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Track and fix shipping errors
• Review daily shipping/receiving reports to ensure proper and timely order shipment
• Related tasks as requested by manager
• Follow Amazon, Best Buy, Target shipping guidelines to ensure proper delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2+ year of Shipping experience with Amazon
• Proficient with MS Office
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
