As a Dogwood Shift Manager you will :

Be engaged in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Be responsible for getting guests and staff excited about their experience at Dogwood

Be a strong team leader, have the ability to rise above stress and be a great problem solver

Have excellent communication skills, engaging with guests and working well with staff in leading them to work as an efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Be at least 21 years old, communicate effectively with others, write routine reports, speak effectively before groups and be committed to making a positive impact
