Jersey Mike’s Subs is continuing to grow, and we are looking for quality career minded candidates with active and attractive personalities to join our team.

We are looking for Shift Leaders / Key Holders. Candidates should ideally come from a quick serve / food service background with the ability to lead teams. Your urgency must be on point.

Many of our Shift Leaders go on to become Assistant Managers and General Managers in our company. You could be invited to our management training program and ultimately take part in our incentive programs.

Customer focus is #1. We are serious about our customer service. Being neighborhood friendly is our culture.
