TechFlow is looking for a SharePoint Developer to support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for Website and SharePoint sites. This includes assessments and consultations on design of SharePoint tools and applications, workflow development, management, process engineering, and technical support of the SharePoint Sites.
This will require content support for the current internal website as well as planning the transition of existing applications and data to ServiceNow. The SharePoint Developer development team will be interfacing directly with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the communication team.
- Work with group requirements personnel.
- Develop and integrate website content and user experience in collaboration with management and users.
- Renew domain name registrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications within the cloud environment.
- Assess and validate SharePoint and Web requirements.
- Recommend and implement performance improvements to SharePoint workflow architectures.
- Rework existing SharePoint application tools to add new features, optimize, scale, or improve stability and performance.
- Implement the application tool redesigns.
- Create new SharePoint tools.
- Provide SharePoint and Website O&M support.
- Provide content management support.
- Create new Websites.
- Use the team’s SharePoint site to manage and track requirements.
- Maintain links to and from other Websites.
- Document web site specifications, product features, activities, software, communication protocols, programming languages, operating systems, and hardware.
- Demonstrated experience developing SharePoint Web applications.
- Demonstrated experience using Cascading Style Sheet (CSS).

- An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate’s degree).

- Demonstrated experience working with Excel PowerPivot, Power Query, and Power-BI.
- Demonstrated experience developing to account for browser compatibility issues.
- Demonstrated experience developing in conformance to section 508 user accessibility guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with providers to address issues affecting websites. Certifications:
- SharePoint Site Collection Administrator.
- SharePoint Designer.
