Job Description
The successful candidate will:
  • Communicate with internal users to define and requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain all internal user-friendly website solutions for CRS and GSO SharePoint Sites
  • Enhance SharePoint user experience with HTML & CSS
  • Design and develop Collaborate sites
  • Serve as an expert in best-practices and advise teams

Responsibilities:
  • Design, development and creation of SharePoint sites, workflows and content libraries supporting CRS operational needs.
  • Build project plans tailored to customer needs
  • Implement and manage security and permissions settings of sites and content libraries that meet regulatory requirements of the organization.
  • Establish, communicate internally, and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for all digital properties.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic principles of UX/UI.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent experience in SharePoint and SharePoint Designer.
  • Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Create project plans for BAU and project activities, working with management to identify and prioritize activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, websites, whitepapers, etc. are consistent with the established GSO brand and follow Citi policies and guidelines.
  • Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems
  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • Expertise in designing and developing sites compatible across various UI platforms. (Chrome, IE, Edge)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular, MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Designer
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office365 and OneDrive a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and UI/UX
  • Good knowledge of MS Visio or other graphics software used to produce conceptual illustrations, workflows, and to illustrate screenshots.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, (or equivalent professional and/or academic training).
  • Minimum 3-5 years' technical experience in website development
  • Bilingual skills considered as a plus.
  • Graphic design experience a plus.
