Do It Right Plumbers is actively seeking a full-time energetic, hardworking Sewer & Drains Professional in the Orange County, California area. This isn't your typical plumbing position. You will be serving our customers and educating them about their sewer and drain options.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEWER & DRAINS PROFESSIONAL

As a Sewer & Drains Professional, you will be going on clogged drain calls, cabling the drain to relieve the pressure, using a camera down the sewer pipes and providing options for repair or replacement. From start to finish, you will take our customers through all steps. This includes initial interactions to final signatures as well as follow-up satisfaction calls. Often times, if the customer chooses the jetting or repair option, you will be performing this yourself.

While accommodating the varying schedules of our customers, you will build excellent rapport. However, this job is not always easy, so you will take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide exceptional customer service. To our customers, you will be the expert and their hero as you review and guide them to the best solutions for their home.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A SEWER & DRAINS PROFESSIONAL

• 3+ years working in plumbing (required)
• Extensive sewer camera and system knowledge (required)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a drug test (excluding marijuana)
