Settlements Analyst

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Daily control on custody and settlement process

· Ensuring all US trades are booked and confirmed appropriately in required timescales and handling US trade fails

· Daily managing of RC clients activities processing

· Handle operational relationship with all US clients

· Handle Relationship with Front Office for all US trades

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL

· Experience in settlement procedures in foreign and domestic trading

· Proven Abilities to adapt and improve workflows using system enhancements

· Knowledge of products and services – Equity, Fixed Income

· PC literacy (MS Office)

· Ability to manage projects

ESSENTIAL

· Work requires excellent organizational skills, communication and influencing skills, creativity, strong people management skills as well as extreme attention to details and ability to make quick and accurate decisions, including appropriate escalation of critical issues to mitigate risks for the Firm.

· Ability to interact effectively with Front office, senior management, peers and external parties in a fast-paced, high-risk environment and under extreme deadline pressure is also required.
