Service Writer

Country Camper's Vermont location has an exciting opportunity for a Service Writer. Country Camper is a high-volume dealer group with multiple locations. The RV industry is booming - come grow with us!

An ideal candidate for the Service Writer position will embrace working in a growing dealership and take pride in their work. Successful Service Writers are organized, hard working, and detail oriented. No RV or automotive experience required. Come join our dynamic team!

Job Description (includes, but is not limited to):

• Facilitate the service and repair process between the dealership, guests, and manufacturers.
• Communicate and follow-up with customers on repairs.
• Create service and warranty work orders and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Promptly complete work orders, enter service repair requests, and close out repair orders.
• Work creatively and actively to solve problems in a fast paced working environment.
• Proficiency with computers and a commitment to learn new systems and processes.
• Advise the Service Technicians on any needed repairs and related warranty claims.
• Work with all team members as needed, and as directed, to ensure that every guest receives excellent service.
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays, as requested by management.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
