• Have two years experience in a shop as a lead express tech, or main-line tech.

Responsibilities:

• Our Techs are responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing Toyota vehicles.
• Perform work as outlined in the repair manual and repair order, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Perform work in a timely manner and diagnose and fix it right the first time.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair.
• Maintain your factory training.
• Keep shop area neat and clean.
• Be part of a great team, give constructive feedback and earn a great paycheck.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• We are accepting applicants with all types of manufacturer experience, prior Toyota experience is not required.
• All levels of qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve is most important.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
