We are currently looking for residential service electricians for our Waterloo & Cedar Falls customers! Its not uncommon for service electricians to DOUBLE or even TRIPPLE their current salary their first year all while doing the same type work they have already been doing!

This position is available to electricians with 4 or more years of experience. If you have 0 to 3 years of experience please apply to our helper / apprentice position here and indicate the location you are applying for on your application.

Pay Rate

While pay various based on experience. Journeyman electricians performing residential service work make $25 to $35 per hour PLUS a generous 5% BONUS / COMMISSION each and every month you meet the recruitments. For example you sell and install $50,000 worth of work for the month you will earn a BONUS of $2500 for the month! Double your work to $100,000 for the month you will earn $5,000 BONUS on TOP of your hourly wage! $125,000 or more per year is a REAL earning potential! This is even before the awesome benefits package.

Requirements

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to be company insurable.
• 18 years or older.
• Have State of Iowa electrical license. Class A or B Journeyman or Masters or Residential only license.
• Able to lift, pull and move weights ranging from 70lbs or more.
• Climb ladders and scaffolding of various heights.
• Ability to use most power and hand tools.
• Provide your own basic hand tools and tool pouch.
• Work in a variety of climates outdoors in Iowa year round.
• Pass both a background check and drug screening.
• Have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Follow directions and give directions.
• Have valid state of Iowa Journeyman or Master license (if applying as a journeyman)
• Attention to detail.
• Read and write in the English language.
