Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT service desk support - Work with end users on service desk tickets
  • Deploy and support new computer setups
  • Troubleshoot software & hardware issues and document resolutions
  • Create and maintain IT documentation
  • Perform and document software and hardware inventory
  • Recommend, configure, test, and deploy configuration packages for use with Desktop Management Product - Desktop Central
Qualifications:
  • Candidate should be enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Information Systems or related field
  • GPA of 2.7 or above
  • Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management
  • Strong comprehension skills
  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
