Professional service coordination work, which on a daily basis provides Targeted Case Management services to eligible children, adults, and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a Registered Nurse license; See below for a list of education and experience to which you would qualify.
Service Coordinator
- One year of professional experience is required, in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a community-based setting as a Registered Nurse, or in social work, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or a closely related area.
Service Coordinator I
- Two or more years of professional experience is required, in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a community-based setting as a Registered Nurse, or in social work, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or a closely related area.
Service Coordinator II
- Three or more years of professional experience is required, in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a community-based setting as a Registered Nurse, or in social work, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or a closely related area.
