Service Concierge

Concierges provide a pleasant and helpful initial dialogue with the customer, setting a positive first impression for their visit, and taking ownership of the customers’ experience.

If you have worked as a customer service specialist, restaurant host or restaurant hostess, your skills are invaluable to the position of Concierge at Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale.

Requirements:

· Outstanding customer service & communication skills

· Basic problem solving, computer & math skills

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
