We are looking for a Service Billing Specialist to work with our expert Service Delivery team of dedicated employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Analytics, Leadership and Service Excellence? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies
Issuing bills, receipts and invoices
Interact with business partners and internal stakeholders to understand new business requirements and non-standard requests to fit within current business structure
Provide input to process improvement and ongoing development of management reporting framework
Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with customers and Cytiva staff
Comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals
And other appropriate duties as assigned by manager
Who you are
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Life Sciences, Healthcare or related fields preferred (others are encouraged to apply).
Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
Experienced at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals
Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously
Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with variety of teams of staff and customers
Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
Good Time Management and ability to prioritize work based on business needs
Ability to make commitments, track and communicate progress, and follow through until completion (Project Management skills)

Minimal direct supervision required
