Service Advisor/Customer Service Rep - Tonkin Toyota

About us:

• Helping customers with the service on their vehicle’s.
• Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns.
• Working closely with other departments within the dealership.
• Reviewing inspection reports with customers
• Excellent customer service experience and a great relationship with Toyota.
• Large dealer group with strong ownership.

Our pay plan is extremely competitive for our customer service representative/service advisors. We are leading edge in technology, utilizing a tablet for write up process, electronic multi-point inspections, and much more state of the art software and hardware.

Earn $40k to $100k/year!

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• Dependable and responsible.
• Must be proficient in computer navigation working with multiple programs at once.
• Available for all shifts Monday - Saturday.
• Pass pre-employment thorough background check and drug screen.
