Service Advisor

Simpson Automotive is family owned and operated since 1951. Today there are three locations in Southern California (Buena Park, Garden Grove and Irvine). Our Buena Park location is looking for an experienced Service Advisor. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Establish follow-up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verifies the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Required:

• Two years + experience as a Service Advisor
• Possesses strong customer relations skills
• Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
