Servers, Hosts, and Cooks. IHOP is hiring friendly folks who enjoy a fast paced environment while serving up the world's best pancakes. Servers earn $2.13 per hour, enjoy a flexible schedule, and keep all tips earned. IHOP Hosts greet guests, take to go orders, answer phone calls, and make sure every guest leaves happy. Starting pay for Hosts is $10. Our Cooks prepare delicious meals according to IHOP standards with a starting pay of $10 to $15 depending on experience.
