Server/Bartender (Member S Grill) - Seasonal

We're seeking a dynamic team of Seasonal Servers for Members Grill at Turf Valley Resort. Members Grill is our members only restaurant and is located in our Pro Shop, right on the golf course. The summer season runs April - October, potentially November.

Responsibilities:

• Making suggestions and answer questions regarding menu, daily specials and beverages
• Taking customer's orders
• Assessing and anticipating customer's need
• Entering orders into the computer system
• Processing all payments (discounts, voids, complimentary offers, etc)
• Performing all necessary side work
• Being comfortable behind the bar and making drinks
• Offering assistance to other team members as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Must be 21 years or older, as you will be serving alcohol.

• Minimum of 1-3 year polished casual dining restaurant server experience preferred
• Bartending experience a plus but not required
• Must be available to work through November
• Need to be flexible for morning, evening and weekend shifts
• Required to work weekends and holidays
• Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Ability and willingness to cross train and perform job duties of Beverage Cart Attendant
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Must be at least 21 years of age
