Job Summary:
- Support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests
- Provide our residents with a first-class dining experience in a friendly and social environment
- Be able to build relationships with our residents
- Learn and execute high quality serving standards, accurate ordering, and attentiveness to resident needs
- Maintain Anthology standards for etiquette, dining room presentations, and customer service
- Compliance with dining room safety standards
- Extra shift coverage available on weekends and evenings
- Previous server or customer service experience preferred
- Desire to learn and an eagerness to grow
- Food Handlers Card preferred
- Maintain a safe community and workplace
- Able to stay mobile for the duration of your shift
- Ability to navigate obstacles/hazards in a constantly changing environment to ensure your safety and the safety of others
- “No job too small” mentality
- Must wear personal protective equipment as dictated by community and local policies and procedures
