Server/ Bartender

The 808 Orlando in Orlando, FL is looking for one server/ bartender to join our 29 person strong team. We are located on 808 East Washington Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. This position will start on the floor serving and eventually moving up to the bar. Shifts are performance based and we are searching for versatile people who can multi-task, has excellent time management skills, and a team player through and through.

Responsibilities?

*Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages *Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks *Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations *Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails *Plan and present food and drink menu *Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age *Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies *Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience *Comply with all food and beverage regulations *Expediting and running food *Maintaining clean work area

Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a bartender/ server *Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks *Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus *Positive attitude and excellent communication skills *Ability to keep the bar/ floor organized, stocked and clean *Relevant training certificate
