Server, Banquet And Private Events

The Philadelphia Cricket Club is seeking Servers for our Banquet team, to provide an exceptional experience to our members and guests during their special events. You will play an important role in the some of the most memorable events of our guests' lives!

With weddings booked almost every weekend of the year and many other private and member events throughout the week, consistent work is available for Servers on our Banquet team all year long. We can provide flexible schedule options depending on your availability.

As a Banquet Server, previous Server experience is preferred but not required. If you've got a strong work ethic, enjoy being part of a fun and positive team, and have a natural love for customer service, the Philadelphia Cricket Club is eager to hear from you!

When you're a Banquet Server at PCC, you can expect:

• A fun, fast-paced working environment with opportunity to delight our guests on a daily basis.
• Quarterly bonus, based on hours worked and F&B sales.
• Some days with fast-paced activity and physical demands requiring lifting up to 20 pounds.
• To help with setup and break down of all events.
• Employee meal is served twice every day (lunch & dinner).

• Weekly payroll - every Friday is pay day.

We have a very high-volume catering operation, with available shifts on weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as well as holidays. Weekend availability is critical.

• A successful Banquet Server is a team player who is customer service oriented and willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.
• Previous Server experience is preferred, especially in a private club environment.
• You should have a caring and friendly demeanor and be willing to exceed guest expectations in service and commitment.
• Some physical work is required in the job and you should be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
