WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst to support HR Services, Operations, and Analytics (HRSOA)! This role will sit within our Reporting & Automation team - the team who supports operational and automated reporting and dashboard solutions for HR Shared Services (HRD), Payroll, Total Rewards Operations, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
This person is an HR Reporting professional with experience in implementing and redefining technology – Workday experience is a must. This person will have a good understanding of HR technology, technology deployment processes, Workday Report Writer, Core HR reporting and Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition reporting and Workday Recruiting. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure reporting requirements are completed and reports built in Workday fit the needs of our teammates. You will participate in various types of report testing. You will build a training plan and lead our team of analysts in training to become Report Writers within Workday, helping to ensure seamless change management between current state and our future. Post-launch, you will work as a Senior Report Writer within Workday. You will assess, understand, and reconcile gaps, overlaps, and apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools. Additionally, you will continuously review the report and data requirements from our stakeholders and determine the best technology solution, determine the appropriate output, format, and distribution method.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the HRSOA Reporting and Automation Director and be our liaison between the HR Transformation Program and our Reporting & Automation team. You will represent HR reporting within the Operation Reporting Workstream, partnering across our reporting team to ensure we are well represented. Extended stakeholder partners will include other HR Project Managers, HR Functional Leaders, our Technology teams, as well as data requestors across HR.
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
- At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in reporting, data management, and relational database preferably in Human Resources & Operations
- Experience coordinating global HR technology projects including requirements gathering, solutioning, testing, cutover, etc.
- Workday experience required
- SAP, ServiceNow, and Taleo experience preferred
- Understanding of functional areas across Human Resources and how an HCM and ATS support them
- Demonstrable ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Spinifex, and Smartsheets a plus
- Experience in training others to use technology systems a plus
