We are looking for a Senior Vice President to join our team!
Our Healthcare group is seeking a Senior Vice President to join the team. We are seeking someone who is a passionate team leader, an exceptional client counselor and new business driver. We’re in need of someone who’s strategic, creative, collaborative and highly detail-oriented. That’s right, you’ve gotta be the yin AND the yang. About the Job
  • Act as a senior liaison on a group of accounts with responsibility for senior-level account planning and supervision of the account teams. Manage staff utilization and development, revenue generation, income projections, expense control, and administrative functions related to executing the annual business plan and meeting profit objectives.
  • Serve as a senior agency contact to a group of accounts; lead and direct all program efforts to client satisfaction; bring a value-added approach to all issues and projects.
  • Deliver strategic, engaging, and persuasive presentations to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues, and others.
  • Successfully build and present concepts and programs for client and new business opportunities, and effectively counsel and sell social and digital media concepts to clients.
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical abilities to define measurable objectives, assess campaign metrics, and reports.
  • Drive new business opportunities, generate new and incremental business wins, and negotiate the best outcome for Ketchum and the client.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior clients, counsel clients, and become a trusted advisor.
  • Shape a culture of respect and integrity, influence others to do their best performance, and ensure compliance with agency policies. Lead strategic change initiatives and encourage others to contribute and participate in agency programs.
  • Develop and retain talent through timely, effective, and consistent use of performance management, succession planning, coaching, and other talent management tools. Identify and drive participation in training, development, and career growth opportunities for team members and self.
  • Manage overall team billability and drive staff utilization to ensure highest billability per individual.


QualificationsAny combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred. Master’s degree in a communications field desirable
  • At least 12+ years of agency experience and/or corporate public relations experience
  • Proven track record in growing busines
  • Direct experience in building and managing teams
