Senior UX Content Strategist / Writer

Position Purpose:

• Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining content on websites, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting problems.
• Serves as a liaison between all business groups and digital marketing; implementing and scheduling promotions and campaigns.
• Manages content reviews and audits, producing and maintaining accurate reports and logs of changes.
• Design, update, and maintain content on websites to optimize user experience.
• Monitor and analyze website usage to determine health plan needs and recommend content updates and features
• Monitor, identify and troubleshoot website performance issues.
• Serve at liaison between internal business groups and digital.
• Manage content reviews and audits, including providing qualitative analysis of website content and making recommendations to align with business goals.
• Produce and maintain accurate logs of web changes to monitor data changes and track potential internal errors.
• Recommend and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to all web pages.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

4+ years of website development, marketing, content management experience.

Experience with HTML, SEO, CMS, project management, web analytics and AEM content management systems preferred.

Previous experience writing for an Enterprise Website preferred

Experience understanding brand tones and how they function within design systems.

Experience with Sketch and Adobe preferred

Experience with Figma a plus

Previous experience writing for a Chatbot highly preferred

Experience in working with conversational UX preferred

Ability to translate written English to Spanish is highly preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry with digital health experience a plus

Proficient in Agile development
