Job Description & Qualifications
\Position Purpose\
Responsible for managing
the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for Salesforce including but not
limited to user management, data management, platform configuration,
requirements gathering, testing, and training. Collaborating with product owners, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders to support business strategies and objectives.
\Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities\
Configures platform applications, settings, workflows, and automations. Facilitate Sales lead management and sales opportunities within the platform. Maintains complex dashboards; including reports, validation rules, formulas, custom workflows, process builders, batch and queueable jobs, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce.com customizations.
Collaborates with key business stakeholders to understand business
requirements to develop specifications and technical designs. Post implementation validation through
testing and promoting user adoption through user training and support.
Leads the data management of the Salesforce CRM by setting up appropriate objects and fields, managing data schema, and monitoring the flow of data from various sources. Monitors data quality and integrity; including
executing data load, data migration, and data quality projects.
Work with the team on projects during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of completed projects.
Administers all account functions including adding, setting up, and removing users as necessary within the platform. Prepares appropriate profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure correct access.
Create and maintain system documentation; including Salesforce policies
and procedures.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; provide recommendations on implementation to management as appropriate.

Typical Training/Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
