As the Senior Sales Supervisor, you will oversee all Basecamps office operations such as scheduling, reservations, hiring and training new team members, as well as troubleshooting issues. You will also assist with all aspects of the various Basecamp activities sales. No two days will be the same as you work with other Mountain Sports Managers to give guests a wonderful experience.
Responsibilities: The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.- Oversee Basecamp office operations including desk staff, reservations, and customer service functions.
- Assist in coordinating operations between Basecamp Departments including but not limited to Basecamp Operations, Bike Shop, & Mountain Services.
- Develop staff schedules to appropriately staff sales desk respective to operations schedules
- Interview, hire, and onboard Team members
- Monitor and manage appropriate inventory levels of supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism of Basecamp and its staff.
- Troubleshoot RTP as needed when issues arise.
- Interact with and address issues with guests to give them a positive experience overall.
- Maintain a positive work environment and address staff issues and challenges appropriately.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, and/or 1-3 years of Hospitality Experience
- Supervisory Experience preferred but not required
- Experience with RTP preferred but not required
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and adapt to changing situations and environments
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, detail oriented, and sense of urgency, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
