JOB DESCRIPTION
SALES EXECUTIVE –
Lopsang Construction is the region’s premier manufacturer of quality kitchen and bath countertop servicing the construction industry. The company manufactures to the specifications and needs of our clients specializing in European styling and quality, at a competitive price point and quick delivery times.
The company is poised for growth and is seeking an experienced Sales Associate who will be responsible for finding sales opportunities and completing sales with contractors, remodelers, brokers, homeowners and other channels. This is accomplished by identifying target customers, making calls, visiting job sites and assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner with their projects and related product knowledge. Sales techniques, developing customers, following through with commitments and heavy communication are all components of this position.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate an ability to design and sell to contractors and homeowners
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen materials, finishes, and detailing
- Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Can perform detail-oriented tasks
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing; strong math skills with the ability to calculate price quotes, discounts and percentages.
- Tenacious work ethic displaying an unrelenting passion for lead generation and the need to close
- Willingness to try unorthodox avenues and methods towards gaining an edge over the competition
Responsibilities:
- Identifies target customers and generates leads; increases and maintains market share.
- Collects and keeps up-to-date information on customers’ product use and trends.
- Service accounts by being responsive to customer requests
- Meets and/or exceeds sales and profit goals by following up on sales leads, monitoring market trends and fostering the positive reputation of the company.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by assisting with take-offs and communicating scheduling and delivery commitments.
TASKS
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
- Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
- Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
- Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Provide customers with ongoing technical support.
- Advise customers on product usage to improve production.
- Study documentation or other information for new scientific or technical products.
- Stock or distribute resources, such as samples or promotional or educational materials.
- Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments.
- Demonstrate the operation or use of technical or scientific products.
- Provide feedback to product design teams so that products can be tailored to clients' needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
