About this role:
Wells Fargo's Talent Acquisition group has an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. Recruiting Manager who will manage recruiting professionals across multiple geographies in support of several Enterprise Function Groups. The team consists of Recruiters, Senior Recruiters and Recruiting Managers as well as some RPO support. This leader will report to a delivery Recruiting Director who reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery.
Responsibilities include the following:

- Regular consult with executive level management and HR Leadership to set talent acquisition strategy, including the development of initiatives that have broad and significant impact.
- Direct all aspects of talent acquisition strategies, including but not limited to business planning, forecasting, search execution, and business analytics.
- Consult and collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand the existing talent pipeline, talent gaps, and align with overall human capital, diversity and business strategies.
- Manage and develop a dynamic team of recruiting professionals, providing strategic direction and leadership, ensuring that this team is engaged and performing at the highest of levels.
- Identify, utilize, and build strong relationships with executive recruiting partners and channels while developing strategies for niche markets.
- Keep abreast of external best-in-class recruiting processes and bring those initiatives to Wells Fargo where applicable.
- Influence business leaders and create a roadmap to ensure the function is positioned to attract and hire quality talent in all market areas
- Responsible for compliance with policy and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
- Accountable for candidate experience, and driving team capability, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
- Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
- 6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track recruiting effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies
- Experience recruiting professionals in HR, Marketing, Legal, Communications and/or leading a recruiting team in support of those functions.
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting techniques, plan development, sourcing methods and compensation strategies for highly complex business groups.
- Experience with developing diverse sourcing strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws, AA/EEO recruiting and hiring policies
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting systems and staffing operations processes, strategies, and regulations
- Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
- Change leadership experience
- Ability to build and deliver innovative, industry leading solutions
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to manage vendor relationships for products or services including: contract negotiation, oversight, and SLA management
