Job Description
The Sr Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying strategies to target talent in the market. In partnership with the Talent Delivery Manager and the HRBP, this person is focused on gaining a better understanding of the business needs and translating those needs to comprehensive sourcing strategies that are market facing. The Sr. Sourcing Specialist has the ability to operate in a multi-dimensional capacity, balancing pipeline, strategy and tactical talent delivery.
As a key partner in delivering human capital that will drive business results, this role is responsible for forging collaborative and credible relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) by proactively and strategically identifying, assessing, and delivering talent to fill gaps within the business.
The Senior Sourcer/Recruiter role on our Talent Acquisition team will be primarily focused on supporting our Clinical/Nursing/Healthcare Operations business units.
Office Locations: NYC (100 Church Street) | Florida (1101 Greenwood Blvd, Lake Mary)
We offer a hybrid work consisting of reporting to one of the offices listed above approximately 1-3 times per week
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Identify, assess and screen candidates for requisitions or job groups within specific business areas.
Develop robust sourcing strategies that will deliver robust talent pipelines
Review candidates that have applied to requisitions to identify those with the qualifications to be phone screened
Conduct phone screens of candidates utilizing BBI fundamentals to deliver a quality slate of candidates to Talent Acquisition Delivery Managers
Provide skillset summaries of potential candidates to TDMs
Participate in new requisition intake meeting with the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager (TDM)
Disposition candidates in a timely manner in accordance with OFCCP guidelines and best practices
Work closely with the TDM to meet Service Level Agreement Guidelines and expectations agreed to with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of sourcing & recruiting experience
Experience direct sourcing and cold calling is required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent working experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within an agency and corporate environment is preferred
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is required, Workday Experience is preferred
