Job Summary:
The Recruiter will join our growing in-house recruiting team and is responsible for driving recruitment for Ruggable. The immediate focus will be on driving the growth of our Operations Team (including at our multiple manufacturing facilities), where we are rapidly hiring supervisors and other managerial roles. The Recruiter will work with hiring managers to source and hire the best talent for the team.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and is a highly-motivated self-starter. This person is passionate about searching for great talent, has a critical eye when assessing talent for Ruggable, and is able to develop strong partnerships with business leaders across the company.
Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Manage full cycle recruiting process: identifying , engaging and evaluating top talent.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs.
- Build strong and diverse pipelines of candidates leveraging LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and other research methods
- Work closely with business leaders to influence recruiting approach and strategy
- Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high-quality traction for Hiring Managers at all times
- Generate and maintain data, track placement and hiring metrics, and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Handle additional talent acquisition related projects as assigned
Experience / What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least (5) years experience in in-house, full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing acumen and methodology, know how to leverage multiple platforms/events/resources/boards to attract top tier talent.
- Successful track record and high level of expertise recruiting top Operations, Engineering, Product and/or Marketing talent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads, multiple demands, and shifting priorities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing workplace
