The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer will work collaboratively with multiple disciplines including UX, Visual Design, Marketing/Content Strategy, Business Analysis and Development to deliver quality across various email campaigns and related landing pages. Other types of projects may include on CMS, E-commerce, and Email Marketing Platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and perform Gap Analysis of Business and functional requirements
• Refine and execute manual functional testing against a QA checklist or standard process
• Contribute to process improvement in Quality and the overall delivery process for key campaign parameters and inputs such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach
• Perform functional testing of the email, landing pages, modals, templates and components
• Log and track all bugs in JIRA
• Participate in bugs triages, scrums or retrospectives to help resolve bugs and blockers
• Web testing from visual design through HTML templating to final web front-end
• Front-end HTML/CSS/JS Analysis & Testing
• HTTP and AJAX Web Server<>Client Understanding
• Cross-Browser/Device/Email client web testing and analysis
• Process flexibility and comfort working with many client-specific standards, processes and tools

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Internet Technologies, Computer Science or interdisciplinary or equivalent related experience preferred
• You have 4 or more years of related QA experience
• You have experience creating test cases and QA progress reports
• You have experience using JIRA and Confluence
• You have experience working with different ESPs including Responsys Interact, ExactTarget, etc.
• You have experience with enterprise CMS systems such as Adobe CQ, Oracle FatWire, SLD Tridion, Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite, WordPress or similar
• You have experience with testing API’s and using tools such as Postman, Restful Api Clients, etc.
• You have experience working with rational databases like Oracle SQL
• You have agency experience
• You must have experience testing mobile Android and iOS
• You are fully Windows and Mac OS literate
• You are always interested in learning new systems and technology
• You are a problem solver with an eye for detail, who is passionate about new technology
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• You are strong listener and communicator relating to note taking (test results documentation) skills with an analytical and methodical approach
• You are self-managing and have the ability to adjust to competing priorities and allocating your time and patience as necessary to get the job done.
