  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery
  • Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities
  • Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner
  • Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams
  • Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards
  • Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met
  • Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution
  • Instills team commitment to company delivery methodologies and practices.
Qualifications:General
  • Provide strategic direction, undertake test planning, scope the testing required, estimate the effort and duration of testing, and determine resource and environment requirements
  • Ensure test deliverables produced are delivered on time, created according to the standard defined in the test method, and are written to be re-usable and auditable
  • Perform hands-on-testing (as and when required)
  • Lead test team, including coaching and mentoring
  • Manage testing, including achievement of milestones and deliverables
  • Provide quality control and improvement of processes and outputs
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Accessibility – General
  • Demonstrated experience in accessibility testing
  • Experience in a lead QA accessibility role a plus
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with teams who have been resistant to accessibility in the past
  • Passion for improving web applications for all users
  • Empathy for people with disabilities and an understanding of the different perspectives and needs of people
  • Understanding of the different roles and responsibilities across the disciplines of software development
  • Experience working directly with people and communities of consumers with disabilities is a plus

Accessibility - Technical
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines
  • Knowledge of Section 508 standard
  • Knowledge of ARIA specifications.
  • Certified IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (CPAAC) a plus
  • Certified IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) a plus
  • Accessibility testing experience for web, mobile, PDF and Office documents
  • Experience in working with Accessibility Automation Testing and accessibility plug-ins.
  • Hands on experience with Assistive Technologies (i.e., NVDA, JAWS, Voice over, Talkback)
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing concepts, process and methodology
  • Ability to recommend accessibility remediation solutions
  • Knowledge of front-end and mobile development best practices
    • Does not need to be a developer but should be able to research and recommend solutions in collaboration with developers
