Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Program Management experience. This position will design and lead the Program Management for large and distributed (geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiatives. The selected candidate will join a long-term corporate initiative to modernize and migrate HCM to a Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with business, HRIS, Payroll, HR, IT across multiple CIOs and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or Irving, TX, or Piscataway, NJ or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Experience implementing large scale Workday HCM in Fortune 50 companies
  • Global PM experience specializing in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) system implementation
  • Excellent PMO project manager with Agile as a strong trait
  • Experience communicating professionally, including creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision makers
  • 10 years Program Management experience and 1-3 ERP Deployments
  • Experience with implementing PeopleSoft HCM to Workday,
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with integrating various internal and external systems with Workday
  • Experience identifying potential people-side risks, points of resistance, performance gaps, and develop specific corrective action plans to mitigate the risks
  • Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and developing plans to ensure business is prepared for upcoming technology changes
  • Experience owning and delivering against a robust and comprehensive communication plan for both internal and client-facing communications; developing and delivering communications through many channels; ensuring messages are being delivered to the right audience at the right time in the right channel, in a consistent and engaging format
  • Experience estimating the impact of change requests on timelines, budgets, resources, and project scope
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
